1 cup boiled Chickpeas
1 big onion finely sliced
2 tomato finely sliced
1 cucumber finely sliced
1 tbsp vinegar
For Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp grated garlic
2 lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mixed herbs
1/2 tsp chili flakes

For Dressing
Take a mixing bowl.
Add the dressings ingredients, mix well and keep it aside.
For Salad
Take a big mixing bowl.
Add boiled penne pasta, boiled chickpeas.
Add veggies and mix well.
Add the dressing and mix well.
Add vinegar and mix well.
For Serving
Serve your Wholewheat Pasta Chickpeas Salad chilled or right away.. Enjoy!!
