White Butter

Ingredients


  1. 2 cups fresh cream

  2. 1/2 cup warm water


Procedure


  1. Take a grinder and add fresh cream.


  1. Grind it till the cream thickens.

  2. Now, add warm water and grind again.

  3. You will see that the cream now start releasing water.

  4. Sieve the water.

  5. Refrigerate the makhan


For Serving


Serve White butter on your paratha and enjoy the winter season!!
