Vrat wale Aloo

(Serves 2)




Ingredients


  1. 4-5 boiled potatoes chopped

  2. 3-4 green chillies finely chopped

  3. 3-4 tbsp peanuts

  4. 2-3 tb ghee

  5. 1 tea spoon cuming seeds

  6. Senda Namak to taste

  7. 1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder

  8. 1 tea spoon amchur



Procedure






  1. Take pan and heat ghee.

  2. Add peanuts and roast it for 4-5 mins on low medium flame and keep it aside.

  3. Add cuming seeds, let it crackle.

  4. Add green chilies and peanuts, toass it for a min or two.

  5. Add boiled pototes.

  6. Add in spices and mix it well.

  7. Cover it with lid on low flame for 8-10 mins.



For Serving


Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot it Curd or Kuttu ka Chilla!!! Enjoy
