(Serves 2)
Ingredients
4-5 boiled potatoes chopped
3-4 green chillies finely chopped
3-4 tbsp peanuts
2-3 tb ghee
1 tea spoon cuming seeds
Senda Namak to taste
1/2 tea spoon red chilli powder
1 tea spoon amchur
Procedure
Take pan and heat ghee.
Add peanuts and roast it for 4-5 mins on low medium flame and keep it aside.
Add cuming seeds, let it crackle.
Add green chilies and peanuts, toass it for a min or two.
Add boiled pototes.
Add in spices and mix it well.
Cover it with lid on low flame for 8-10 mins.
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot it Curd or Kuttu ka Chilla!!! Enjoy
