Veggie Vermicelli


Ingredients


  1. 1 big onion finely sliced

  2. 1-2 green chilies chopped

  3. 1 cup peas

  4. 2-3 tbsp roasted peanuts

  5. 1 big bowl roasted vermicelli

  6. 1 tbsp oil

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1 tbsp sauce

  10. 1 tbsp green chili sauce

  11. Water as required

  12. (I have added 1/2 cup water)



Procedure

  1. Heat oil in kadai

  2. Add onions and green chilies, cook till it changes colour

  3. Add peas and mix well

  4. Cook for 7-8 mins on medium low flame

  5. Add peanuts and mix well

  6. Add sauces and spices, mix well

  7. Add roasted vermicelli and mix well

  8. Add water and cover it with lid on low flame

  9. After 5-7 mins, check whether vermicelli is cooked.

  10. If not cover it with lid for 3-4 more mins



For Serving

Garnish it with tomato sauce and fresh coriander and serve hot
