Ingredients
2.5 cups rava (suji)
1 cup dhai
1.5-2 cups water
1 cup capsicum finely chopped
1 cup peas
3-4 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1.2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp eno
oil for greasing
Procedure
Take a pan, heat oil.
Add ginger and green chilies and toss for a min or two.
Add chopped capsicum and mix well.
Cook for 5-7 mins.
Add peas and mix well.
Cook further for 7-8 mins.
Cover it with lid and cook for 3-4 more mins on low medium flame.
Add spices and mix well.
Add rava and mix well.
Cook for 3-4 mins on low flame.
Keep it aside and let it cool down.
Take a mixing bowl, add vegetable rava,
Add curd, water and mix well.
Grease the idli plates.
Add 1 cup water in idli cooker and bring boil.
Add eno in the idli mix, mix well.
Add 1 tbsp idli batter on greased tray.
Add the idli stand in the cooker and cover it with a lid.
Cook for 12-15 mins on medium low flame.
With the help of knife, take the idli out.
For Serving
Serve hot Vegetable Rava Idli with samber and chutney
