Vegetable Daliya

(Serves 2)







Ingredients

  1. 1 onion sliced

  2. 1 small bowl chopped capsicum and carrot

  3. 1/2 bowl peas

  4. 1 tomato chopped

  5. 1 small bowl daliya

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1 tsp dry mando powder

  9. 1 tsp coriander powder

  10. 1 lemon juice

  11. 1 cup water

  12. 1-2 tbsp ghee/ oil

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add onions and toss for a min or two.

  3. Add chopped carrot and capsicum and mix well.

  4. Add peas and mix well.

  5. Cover it with a lid and cook for 7-8 mins on low flame.

  6. Remove the lid and mix well.

  7. Add chopped tomatoes and mix well.

  8. Add spices and mix well.

  9. Add daliya and mix well.

  10. Add water and mix well.

  11. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.

  12. Remove the lid, add lemon juice and mix well.


Serving

Garnish your Vegetable Daliya with coriander leaves and enjoy your breakfast..
