(Serves 2)
Ingredients
1 packet noddles
1 onion finely sliced
1/2 capsicum finely sliced
1 carrot finely sliced
1/4 cabbage finely sliced
2 tbsp hot and sweet tomato sauce
2 tbsp green chili sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 cup water
6-7 garlic cloves finely sliced
1 tbsp all purpose flour
3-4 tbsp water
Salt to taste
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp oil
Procedure
For Noddles
Take a big pan.
Add 3-4 cups water, bring it to boil.
Add 1 tsp salt.
Add noddles and boil it.
After 3-4 mins, drain the excess water and keep aside the noddles.
Pre heat the air fryer for 5 mins at 160 degrees.
Add boiled noddles in Air fryer basket and set it for 7-8 mins.
Shake it in between.
Cook till light brown in color or crisp.
For Sauce
Take a mixing bow.
Add sauces and mix well.
Add water, mix well and keep it aisde.
For Vegetable Chopsuey
Take a pan, heat oil.
Add garlic and sauté for a min or two.
Add sauces and cook well for 10-12 mins on medium high flame.
Add salt, chili flakes and oregano.
Take a small bowl, add all purpose flour and water, mix well and keep it aside.
Add all purpose flour mix and mix well.
Further cook for 8-10 mins or till it gets in little thick in consistency.
Add sliced vegetables and mix well.
Cover it with a lid for 2-3 mins.
Add the Saucy vegetables in the serving plate.
Garnish it with air fried noddles.
For Serving
Serve hot Vegetable Chopsuey with Cold Coffee and enjoy!!
