Veg Steamed Momos (Dim Sum)





Ingredients


  1. 1 cup maida (wheat flour)

  2. Salt to taste

  3. 2 tea spoon oil

  4. Cabbage, onion and capsicum finely chopped

  5. 1-2 green chilli

  6. 1 tea spoon ginger

  7. 1-2 tea spoon black pepper

  8. 1 tb spoon vinegar

  9. Schezwan Sauce


Procedure


  1. Take maida salt and oil knead it to tight dough with warm water. Cover it with damp cloth and keep it aside for 30mins

  2. Take a pan, heat oil and add all chopped veggies

  3. Saute veggies and add ginger for the flavor

  4. Add salt and black pepper mix well and lastly add vinegar


For momos


  1. Make small balls of the dough and roll it to flat

  2. Add veggies in between and gather the endings together and bind it

  3. Repeat with the other balls

  4. Take big kadai and add water till boiling

  5. Put channi on it and brush it with oil

  6. Put the momos on it and cover it with a lid

  7. After 4-5 mins take it out and serve it

For Serving

Serve steamed momos with schezwan sauce
