Ingredients
1 glass rice boiled
1/2 small cabbage finely chopped
1 small capsicum chopped
10-12 beans finely chopped
3-4 green chilies diagonally cut
1 tbsp grated ginger
Salt to taste
1 tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp green chili sauce
1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)
Procedure
Take a pan and heat oil
Add ginger and green chilies and cook for a min
Add cabbage and mix well, stir fry for a min or two
Add beans and capsicum and stir fry 5 mins
Make sure that veggies are not overly cooked
Add salt, pepper, vinegar and sauce and mix well
You can also add soya sauce ( optional )
Add boiled rice and mix well.
Cover it for 2-3 mins
For Serving
Serve hot fried rice with dry manchurian/ gravy manchurian/ chilly panner/ chilly potato (check our Chinese Dishes for more recipes)
