Veg Fried Rice


Ingredients


  1. 1 glass rice boiled

  2. 1/2 small cabbage finely chopped

  3. 1 small capsicum chopped

  4. 10-12 beans finely chopped

  5. 3-4 green chilies diagonally cut

  6. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp pepper

  9. 2 tbsp olive oil

  10. 2 tbsp vinegar

  11. 2 tbsp green chili sauce

  12. 1 tbsp soya sauce (optional)




Procedure

  1. Take a pan and heat oil

  2. Add ginger and green chilies and cook for a min

  3. Add cabbage and mix well, stir fry for a min or two

  4. Add beans and capsicum and stir fry 5 mins

  5. Make sure that veggies are not overly cooked

  6. Add salt, pepper, vinegar and sauce and mix well

  7. You can also add soya sauce ( optional )

  8. Add boiled rice and mix well.

  9. Cover it for 2-3 mins


For Serving

Serve hot fried rice with dry manchurian/ gravy manchurian/ chilly panner/ chilly potato (check our Chinese Dishes for more recipes)
