Veg Chili Garlic Noodles




Ingredients


  1. Half cabbage

  2. 2 green capsicum cut in slice

  3. 1 onion cut in slice

  4. 2-3 Green chilli diagonally cut

  5. 2 carrot cut in slice

  6. 6-7 garlic cloves finely chopped

  7. Black Salt for taste

  8. 2-3 tea spoon black pepper

  9. 1 tsp oregano

  10. 1-2 tb spoon vinegar

  11. 3-4 tb spoon oil

  12. 1-2 tb spoon green chilly sauce

  13. 1-2 tb spoon hot n sour tomato ketchup

  14. 500 gms Noodles

Procedure


  1. Take pan and add 2 glass water add 2 tea spoon salt and 1 tea spoon oil. When comes to boil, add noodles

  2. Boil for 2-3 mins and drain out the excessive water and keep boiled noodles aside.

  3. Pour oil on the boiled noddles so that it don’t stick.

  4. Take a pan add 2 tea spoon oil, one’s hot add garlic cloves and sauté for a min or two, add green chilies and stir fry for a min or two.

  5. Add onions and cook till it slightly changes color.

  6. Add carrot and cook for 2-3 mins.

  7. Add cabbage and further cook for 4-5 mins.

  8. Add capsicum and cook further for 5 mins.

  9. Add salt, black pepper, oregano and mix well the veggies

  10. Add vinegar, green chilly sauce and tomato sauce in veggies mix well.

  11. At last add the boiled noodles and mix with light hand so that the noodles doesn’t break


For serving
