Ingredients
1.5 cup wheat flour
1/4 tsp salt
4 tbsp curd
1 tbsp water
2/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
Oil for greasing
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl.
Sieve all purpose flour, salt and baking powder.
Keep it aside.
Take a mixing bowl, add oil and sugar, mix well.
Take a mixing bowl, add curd, water, baking soda, lemon juice and mix well.
Add curd mix and oil mix on all purpose flour mix.
Add vanilla essence and mix well.
Grease the aluminum container.
Pour the cake mix, tap well.
Add it in the pre heated (5 mins at 180 degrees) air fryer basket and set it for 20 mins.
To check the cake is baked - insert a toothpick and take it out.
It should come out clean, your cake is baked.
Keep it upside down on a plate, so that it comes out easily.
For Serving
Cut the Vanilla Tea Cake in slices and serve it..
