Tofu Schezwan Sandwich

Ingredients


  1. 200 gms Tofu (Chopped)

  2. 1 onion chopped in small cube size

  3. 1-2 green chili finely chopped

  4. Schezwan sauce

  5. Cheese slice

  6. Bread of your choice

  7. 1 tsp oil



Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add onions and chilies, sauté for 3-4 mins.

  3. Add chopped tofu and mix well.

  4. Add 2-3 tbsp schezwan sauce and mix well.

  5. Keep the mixture aside.

  6. Take 4 bread slices, add cheese slice.

  7. Add the tofu mix and cover it other bread slices.

  8. Grill it.


For Serving

Cut the Tofu Schezwan Sandwich in two parts and serve with tomato sauce and your favorite beverage.. Enjoy!!
