Tofu Sandwich

(Serves 2)









Ingredients


  1. 200 gms Tofu (Chopped)

  2. 1 big onion chopped

  3. 2 tbsp Peri Peri Sauce

  4. 2 tbsp Hot Garlic Sauce

  5. Cheese Slice

  6. Bread of your choice



Procedure







  1. Take a mixing bowl, add tofu and onions.

  2. Add sauces, mix well.

  3. Take 4 bread slices.

  4. Add cheese slice on bread and tofu filling.

  5. Cover it with other bread slice.

  6. Grill it.


For Serving

Cut the Tofu Sandwich in two parts and serve with tomato sauce and your favorite beverage.. Enjoy!!
