Teekhi Tadka Mirchi

Ingredients


  1. 9-10 green chilies (sliced)

  2. 1 tbsp mustard seeds

  3. Salt to taste

  4. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  5. 1 tsp oil


Procedure





  1. Heat oil in a pan

  2. Add mustard seeds and let them crackle

  3. Add green chillies and stir fry for 7-8 mins

  4. Add spices and mix well

  5. Cover it with a lid and cook till green chilies turn soft on low flame for 9-10 mins


For Serving

Your instant tikhi mirchi is ready and serve.
