Tawa Paneer Burger

(Serves 2)









Ingredients


  1. 250 gms cottage cheese (cut in cubes)

  2. 1 medium size onion finely chopped

  3. 2 tomatoes finely chopped

  4. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  5. 1 tsp grated ginger

  6. 1 tsp grated garlic

  7. salt to taste

  8. 1 tsp red chili powder

  9. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  10. 1 tsp pav bhaji masala

  11. 1 tsp coriander powder

  12. Butter for greasing

  13. Kasuri methi

  14. Burger buns


Procedure







Procedure For Stuffing

  1. Take a kadai and heat oil.

  2. Add onions and cook till it changer color.

  3. Add ginger, garlic and green chilies.

  4. Mix well and cook for 2-3 mins.

  5. Add tomatoes and mix well.

  6. Cook further till tomatoes are soft. (for 8-10 mins)

  7. Add spices and mix well.

  8. Add paneer cubes and mix well.'

  9. Cover it with lid and cook further for 5-7 mins on low flame.

  10. Your Burger stuffing is ready, keep it aside.



Procedure For Burger


  1. Take burger buns and cut in two halves (do not cut it entirely)

  2. Add the paneer stuffing.

  3. Add the butter in the pan and add kasuri methi.

  4. Add stuffed burger and cook from both the sides.


For Serving

Serve hot Tawa Paneer Burger with tomato ketchup and enjoy!!
