Ingredients
1 brinjal
2 tomatoes finely chopped
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon dry mango powder
1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
Oil
Procedure
Mix all the spices in a bowl and keep it aside.
Cut brinjal in two halves.
Use knife and cut brinjal from inside in checkbox shape.
Stuff it with all spices together and try to fill the gaps with spices.
Cover that brinjal with chopped tomatoes and green chili and sprinkle spices
Take a pan and heat oil.
Put the brinjal on the pan and cover it with a lid on low flame for 15-20 mins.
For Serving
Garnish tawa begun with fresh coriander and serve hot
