Tangy Cheesy Macaroni




Ingredients

  1. 1.25 cup macroni boiled

  2. 5-6 tomatoes roughly chopped

  3. 1-2 green chilies roughly chopped

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 tsp red chili powder

  6. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  7. 1 tsp coriander powder

  8. 1-2 tbsp tomato sauce

  9. Cheese slice (optional)

  10. 1 tbsp ghee


Procedure

  1. Grind tomatoes and green chilies together and keep it aside

  2. Heat ghee in a kadai

  3. Add tomato paste and cook well for 5-7 mins

  4. Add spices and mix well and cook for 5-7 mins

  5. Add boiled macroni and mix well

  6. Add 1/2 cup water and cover it with the lid for 8-10 mins on medium high flame


For Serving

Serve it on a bowl or plate, in the centre add the cheese slice and sprinkle oregano and serve hot
