(Serves 4)
Ingredients
For Chutney
2 onions finely chopped
3-4 tomatoes finely chopped
1 tbsp chana dal
1 tsp urad dal
3-4 red chilies
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tbsp mustard oil
For Tadka
1 tsp mustard oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
10-15 curry leaves

For Chutney
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chana dal, urad dal and toss for 2-3 mins.
Add red chilies and further cook it for 5 mins.
Add chopped onions and cook till it changes color.
Add chopped tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy on low medium flame. (it will take 12-15mins)
Cover it with a lid.
Switch off the flame, one's it is cooked. Let it cool.
Add the cooked veggies in grinder.
Add spices and grind it.
Add it in serving bowl.
For Tadka
Take a tadka pan.
Heat oil.
Add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Toss for 2-3 mins.
For Serving
