Ingredients
500gms arbi (sliced finger like)
1 cup curd (whisked)
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 cup whisk curd
4-5 grated tomato
Salt to taste
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp oil
Procedure
Add arbi in water for 15-20 mins
Take a kadai and heat oil
Add cumin and stir for a min
Add ginger and chilies, cook for a min or two
Add spices and mix well
Add grated tomato and on low flame and mix well
Add spices and mix well
Add arbi and cook for a min or two
Add curd and mix well
Add water as required for the gravy
Cover it with lid and give 3-4 whistles
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander powder or kasuri methi and serve with chapatti or paranthi
