Sweetpotato Kebab

Ingredients
3 small sweet potato (Shakarkandi) boiled
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 small capsicum finely chopped
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp Chickpeaflour (besan)
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds (optional)
Oil/ Ghee for greasing
Procedure

Take a mixing bowl.
Add sweet potato, and mash it nicely.
Add green chilies, ginger, onion and capsicum.
Add chickpea flour and spices.
Give it a nice mix, with help of your hands and form a dough.
Make small balls of it.
Now press it gently, like a tikki shape and keep it aside.
Heat a griddle and grease it with oil
Add tikki and cook it from both sides, till crisp in texture.
For Serving
Serve hot Sweetpotato Kebab with some coriander chutney or tomato ketchup and Enjoy!!
