(Serves 4)
Ingredients
1 cup Sweet Corns
3-4 garlic cloves
1-2 green chili/s
1 small onion chopped
1/4 capsicum chopped (green, red, yellow)
1/4 carrot chopped
1/4 cup cottage cheese (chopped)
1/4 cup sweet corn
1/4 cup chopped beans
1/4 cup broccoli florets
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oil
1-2 tbsp vinegar
4-5 cups water
Procedure
Take a grinder, add sweet corns, garlic cloves and green chilies.
Add 1/2 cup water and grind it to smooth paste, add 1 cup water and keep it aside.
Take a wok and heat oil.
Add onions and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
Add carrot and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
Add beans and sauté it for 2-3 mins.
Add broccoli and sauté for 2-3 mins.
Add capsicum and mix well.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 5-7 mins on low flame.
Remove the lid and give it a nice stir.
Add spices and mix well.
Cover it for 2-3 mins on low flame.
Add sweet corn paste and mix well.
Add water and give it a stir.
Add sweet corns and mix well.
Add cottage cheese and mix well.
On high flame, cook for 10-12 mins and bring nice boil to it.
Add vinegar and mix well.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 5 more mins on high flame.
For Serving
