Stuffed Tandoori Aloo



Ingredients


  1. 6 medium size potato (par boiled)

  2. 1 cup grated paneer

  3. 1 cup curd

  4. 5-6 green chilies& 1-2 inches ginger (grinded together)

  5. Salt

  6. Red chili powder

  7. Chaat masala

  8. Dry mango powder

  9. 9-10 almonds/ cashews chopped

  10. 7-8 raisins

  11. Oil


Procedure


For Stuffing

  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add grinded chilies and ginger

  2. Add cashews/ almonds and stir fry for a min

  3. Add raisins and stir fry for a min and switch off the flame

  4. Take a mixing bowl add this

  5. Add grated paneer

  6. Add salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp chaat masala and mix well

  7. Your stuffing is ready and keep it aside


For Potatoes

  1. Peel the par boiled potatoes

  2. Cut the edges of potatoes for flat stand

  3. Scoop the potatoes and make it hallow

  4. Heat oil in pan and add the scooped potatoes and cook for 5-7 mins and add this in marination


For Marination

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add curd

  2. Add grinded chilies and ginger and spices and mix well ( salt to taste, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder)

  3. Add cooked potatoes and mix well

  4. Your marinated cream is ready and keep it aside


For Stuffed Tandoori Aloo

  1. Stuffed the paneer in the potatoes

  2. Coat the marination on the stuffed potatoes

  3. Heat 3-4 tbsp oil in a pan

  4. Add stuffed potatoes and cook from all the sides

For Serving

Serve hot stuffed tandoori aloo with coriander chutney/ tomato sauce and onion rings
