Ingredients
For Mirchi
500 gms big green chilies
3 big boiled potatoes mashed
1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin and fennel seeds
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp coriander powder
Oil for deep frying
For Batter
3-4 tbsp besan
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
Pinch of asafetida
Water as required for thick consistency
Procedure
Slice the green chilies and remove the seeds.
Take a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes and spices, mix well.
Stuff the chili with potato stuffing.
For Batter
Take a mixing bowl
And the ingredients and make a smooth batter
For Fritters
Dip the chilies in besan batter
Add it in oil for frying
For Serving
Sprinkle the chaat masala and enjoy the mirchi fritters
