Stuffed Mirchi Pakoda




Ingredients


For Mirchi

  1. 500 gms big green chilies

  2. 3 big boiled potatoes mashed

  3. 1 tsp roasted and crushed cumin and fennel seeds

  4. Salt to taste

  5. 1 tsp red chili powder

  6. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  7. 1 tsp coriander powder

  8. Oil for deep frying



For Batter

  1. 3-4 tbsp besan

  2. Salt to taste

  3. 1 tsp red chili powder

  4. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  5. Pinch of asafetida

  6. Water as required for thick consistency


Procedure

  1. Slice the green chilies and remove the seeds.

  2. Take a mixing bowl, add mashed potatoes and spices, mix well.

  3. Stuff the chili with potato stuffing.


For Batter

  1. Take a mixing bowl

  2. And the ingredients and make a smooth batter

For Fritters

  1. Dip the chilies in besan batter

  2. Add it in oil for frying



For Serving

Sprinkle the chaat masala and enjoy the mirchi fritters
