Sprouts



Ingredients


  1. 1 cup sprouted dal (Green gram)

  2. 1 small onion finely chopped

  3. 1 tomato finely chopped

  4. 1 small cucumber finely chopped

  5. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  6. 1 lemon juice

  7. Salt to taste

  8. 1/2 tsp red chilie powder

  9. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder


Procedure

  1. Take green sabut dal and wash it well

  2. Soak dal overnight

  3. Next day you will see, lentil has soaked the water

  4. Leave it aside for another day


Process For Sprouts


  1. Mix well all the veggies in a big bowl

  2. Microwave dal for a min or two

  3. Add it with the veggies

  4. Add lemon juice and other spices, mix well
