Ingredients
1 medium onion finely chopped
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
200 gms panner chopped
1 tbsp schezwan sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp pepper
Bread ( white/ brown/ multigrain )
1 tsp oil
1 tsp chicken tandoori masala
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan
Add onions and chilies and sauté well for 3-4 mins
Add schezwan sauce and spices, mix well
Add chopped paneer and mix well
For Sandwich
Take bread and spread the paneer nicely
Cover it with the other loaf of bread
Cook it on a pan from both the sides or you can grill it
For Serving
Cut the sandwich in halves and serve hot with tomato sauce and enjoy the spiciness
