Spaghetti

(Serves 2)





Ingredients


  1. 400 gms spaghetti (boiled)

  2. 1 big onion sliced

  3. 1/2 red bell pepper sliced

  4. 1/2 yellow bell pepper sliced

  5. 1 zucchini chopped

  6. 4-5 tomatoes roughly chopped

  7. 2-3 tbsp tomato sauce

  8. 8-10 garlic cloves chopped

  9. 1 tsp Salt

  10. 2 tsp oregano

  11. 1-2 tsp chili flakes

  12. 1 tbsp olive oil


Procedure



  1. Heat oil in a pan

  2. Add onions and sauté well for 2-3 mins.

  3. Add bell pepper and cook for 4-5 mins.

  4. Add zucchini and cook for 4-5 mins.

  5. Add garlic cloves and 1 tsp oregano, mix well.

  6. Add salt and mix well.

  7. Add tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes, toss for a min or two.

  8. Add chili flakes and oregano, mix well.

  9. Add boiled spaghetti and mix well.


For Serving

Serve saucy Spaghetti with garlic bread and enjoy.
