Ingredients
1 big bowl soaked nutrela chunks
1 onion sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
1 capsicum sliced
1-2 green chili chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp oil
Procedure
Take a kadai and heat oil
Add onions and sauté it for 2-3 mins
Add capsicum and cook for 5 mins
Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins
Add nutrela chunks and mix well
Add spices and sauce mix well
Cover it with a lid for 10-12 mins on low medium flame
For Serving
Serve hot with chapatti and enjoy the dish.,
