Soyabean Sabzi


Ingredients


  1. 1 big bowl soaked nutrela chunks

  2. 1 onion sliced

  3. 2 tomatoes chopped

  4. 1 capsicum sliced

  5. 1-2 green chili chopped

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder

  9. 1/2 tsp coriander powder

  10. 1 tbsp tomato sauce

  11. 1 tsp vinegar

  12. 1 tbsp oil


Procedure

  1. Take a kadai and heat oil

  2. Add onions and sauté it for 2-3 mins

  3. Add capsicum and cook for 5 mins

  4. Add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins

  5. Add nutrela chunks and mix well

  6. Add spices and sauce mix well

  7. Cover it with a lid for 10-12 mins on low medium flame


For Serving

Serve hot with chapatti and enjoy the dish.,
