Ingredients
1 big cup Soya Keema (soaked for 10-15 mins and squeezed)
2 onions finely chopped
1 onion roundly cut for garnishing
4-5 tomatoes finely chopped
2 green chilies finely chopped
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 cup peas
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
2 tsp pav bhaji masala
1-2 tbsp oil
2 cups water

Take a pan, heat oil.
Add onions and green chilies sauté it for 3-4 mins.
Add ginger and garlic, mix well.
Cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Cover it with a lid and cook well till it turns soft.
Add 1 cup water and mix well.
Cook further for 5-7 mins on low medium flame.
Add spices and mix well.
Add 1 cup water again and mix well.
Add capsicum and peas, mix well.
Cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.
Add Soya keema and mix well.
Cover it for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.
For Serving
Garnish Soya Keema with Roundly cut Onions and serve hot with Pav... Enjoy!!
