Soya Keema Pav

(Serves 3-4)




Ingredients



  1. 1 big cup Soya Keema (soaked for 10-15 mins and squeezed)

  2. 2 onions finely chopped

  3. 1 onion roundly cut for garnishing

  4. 4-5 tomatoes finely chopped

  5. 2 green chilies finely chopped

  6. 1 capsicum finely chopped

  7. 1 cup peas

  8. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  9. 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped

  10. Salt to taste

  11. 1 tsp red chili powder

  12. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  13. 2 tsp pav bhaji masala

  14. 1-2 tbsp oil

  15. 2 cups water

  1. Take a pan, heat oil.

  2. Add onions and green chilies sauté it for 3-4 mins.

  3. Add ginger and garlic, mix well.

  4. Cook on low flame for 3-4 mins.

  5. Add tomatoes and mix well.

  6. Cover it with a lid and cook well till it turns soft.

  7. Add 1 cup water and mix well.

  8. Cook further for 5-7 mins on low medium flame.

  9. Add spices and mix well.

  10. Add 1 cup water again and mix well.

  11. Add capsicum and peas, mix well.

  12. Cook for 8-10 mins on low flame.

  13. Add Soya keema and mix well.

  14. Cover it for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.




For Serving


Garnish Soya Keema with Roundly cut Onions and serve hot with Pav... Enjoy!!
