(Serves 2)
Ingredients
250 gms chaap
2 medium onions chopped
5-6 tomatoes roughly chopped (paste)
1-2 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1.5 tbsp cream (malai)
1 bay leaf
2 cloves
1 cardamom
1 tbsp oil
Procedure

For Chaap
Add chaap in boiling water and let it boil for 5-6 mins.
Drain excess water and keep it aside.
Take a mixing bowl and Cut chaap in 4-5 pieces.
Add cream, pinch of - salt, red chili powder, dry mango powder and keep it aside.
For Gravy
Heat oil in a kadai.
Add bay leaves, cloves and cardamom and stir for a min.
Add ginger garlic paste and green chilies and sauté for a min.
Add onions and cook well for 5 mins.
Add tomato paste and cook for 10-15 mins.
Add spices and stir well.
Add cream and chaap cook well for 15 mins on low medium flame.
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander or cream and Serve hot saucy chaap with tandoori roti. Refer to our Breads sections for some help :)
