Ingredients
1 onion (cut in cubes)-optional
1-2 capsicum (cut in cubes)
1 big tomato (cut it cubes)
400 gms paneer (cut in cubes)
1 tsp oil
Salt as per your taste
1 tsp Red chili powder
1 tsp Dry mango powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
Procedure
Heat oil in a kadai
Add onions and saute till it changes colour (optional)
Add capsicums and satue for 3-4 mins
Add tomatoes and mix well
Cover it for a min or two
Add all the spices and mix well
Add paneer and mix well
Cover it for 4-5 mins on low flame
For Serving
Serve hot shimla mirchi paneer with chapatti and sirka pyaaz
