Shimla Mirchi Paneer

(Serves 2-3)






Ingredients


  1. 1 onion (cut in cubes)-optional

  2. 1-2 capsicum (cut in cubes)

  3. 1 big tomato (cut it cubes)

  4. 400 gms paneer (cut in cubes)

  5. 1 tsp oil

  6. Salt as per your taste

  7. 1 tsp Red chili powder

  8. 1 tsp Dry mango powder

  9. 1 tsp Coriander powder


Procedure

  1. Heat oil in a kadai

  2. Add onions and saute till it changes colour (optional)

  3. Add capsicums and satue for 3-4 mins

  4. Add tomatoes and mix well

  5. Cover it for a min or two

  6. Add all the spices and mix well

  7. Add paneer and mix well

  8. Cover it for 4-5 mins on low flame



For Serving

Serve hot shimla mirchi paneer with chapatti and sirka pyaaz
