Shahi Paneer

(Serves 4-5)





Ingredients


  1. 400gm paneer cut in cubes or in triangle

  2. 6-7 tomatoes chopped

  3. 2 green chilies chopped

  4. Grated ginger

  5. 1/4 cup cashews

  6. Salt to taste

  7. 1 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1 tsp dry mango powder

  9. 1 tsp coriander powder

  10. 1/4 tsp sugar

  11. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

  12. 2 tbsp oil

  13. 1 cup water

  14. 1 bay leaf

  15. 3-4 cloves

  16. Fresh Cream for garnishing

  1. Take a pan and 1add tbsp oil.

  2. Add chopped tomatoes, ginger, green chilies and cashew.

  3. Cover it with a lid and Cook till it turns mushy on low medium flame.

  4. After that let it cool. And then grind it together.

  5. Take a pan and add 1 tbsp oil.

  6. Add that paste and cook for 8-10 mins.

  7. Add spices and mix it for 3-4 mins.

  8. Add cardamom powder and sugar and mix well.

  9. Cook well for 5 mins.

  10. Add paneer pieces and cook for 5 mins.



For Serving

Garnish your Shahi Paneer with fresh cream and serve it Indian Breads!!
