Ingredients
2 liters milk
1 cup roasted seyian (vermicelli)
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
9-10 sliced almonds
9-10 chopped pista
3-4 saffron strands
Procedure

Take a big pan and boil milk.
Add seyian (vermicelli) and stir well for 10-15 mins on low medium flame.
Add half dry fruits and mix well.
Add cardamom powder and sugar.
Add saffron strands and give it a nice stir.
Mix well for another 15-20 mins on low flame.
Cook more, till it gets thick in texture and switch off the flame.
For Serving
Garnish the kheer with remaining dry fruits and serve hot/ cold and enjoy.
