Ingredients
1 cup red chili (soaked for 1-2 hours)
5-6 red tomatoes (boiled and peeled)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp chopped garlic
1.5 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1-2 tsp sugar (optional, for little sweet flavor)
1 tsp oil
Procedure
Drain out the excess water from green chilies and grind tomatoes and chilies together.
Heat oil in kadai and add garlic.
Cook for a min or two and add ginger.
Cook for 2-3 mins.
Add chili and tomato paste.
Add 1/2 cup water and mix well.
Cook on low flame, till it start losing its edges.
Add salt and vinegar and mix well.
Cook further for 5 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Serve your homemade schezwan sauce with momos and enjoy
