Ingredients
1 cup samak k chawal (Barnyard millet)
2-3 tomatoes
2-3 green chilies
1 tea spoon grated ginger
2-3 tb spoon ghee
Senda namak for taste
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon dry mango powder
1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
Procedure

Take a pressure cooker, heat ghee and add cumin seeds.
Add grated ginger and stir well.
Toss for a min or two.
Add tomatoes and green chilies paste and mix well.
Add 1 cup water.
Cook for 3-4 mins and add all spices.
Add samak chawal and water.
Mix well for 2 mins and cover the cooker with a lid.
Give a 1 whistle and switch off the flame.
Open the lid and add 1/2 cup water (if required).
