Serves 4
Ingredients
1 cup over night soaked sabudana
4-5 boiled potatoes
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
Few roasted peanuts
Senda namak to taste
1 tea spoon red chili powder
1 tea spoon dry mango powder
1 tea spoon coriander powder
Oil for greasing
Procedure
Take a big bowl, add all the above ingredients and mix well
Make small balls with same and keep it aside.
Heat Appe tray and pour some oil in every holes.
Keep the sabudana balls in that and cover it with lid, cook on low medium flame for 7-8 mins.
Remove the lid and rotate the wadas, again cover it with lid.
Cook further for 8-9 mins.
Check that wadas are cooked or not, if not cook further to enjoy the crispness.

Ishri’s Kitchen Tip
Sometimes it happen that sabudana is of not good quality and it discharge water. In that case kuttu aata can be the savior. When you have made the balls then roll it in kuttu aata and then flatten it.
