Serves 3-4
Ingredients
1 cup sabudana soaked at night
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
1-2 potato cut into cubes
Few roasted peanuts
1 -2 tb spoon refined oil
Salt to taste (Senda Namak)
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
Procedure
Take a kadai, heat oil and add chopped potatoes and green chilies.
Cover it with a lid and cook for 5-10 mins or till potatoes are cooked.
Add roasted peanuts and stir well for a min.
Add sabudana and all the spices and mix well.
Sprinkle some water and cover it with a lid for 2-3 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Serve hot Sabudana Khichadi with curd.
