Sabudana Khichadi

Serves 3-4


Ingredients


  1. 1 cup sabudana soaked at night

  2. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  3. 1-2 potato cut into cubes

  4. Few roasted peanuts

  5. 1 -2 tb spoon refined oil

  6. Salt to taste (Senda Namak)

  7. 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  8. 1 tsp dry mango powder




Procedure




  1. Take a kadai, heat oil and add chopped potatoes and green chilies.

  2. Cover it with a lid and cook for 5-10 mins or till potatoes are cooked.

  3. Add roasted peanuts and stir well for a min.

  4. Add sabudana and all the spices and mix well.

  5. Sprinkle some water and cover it with a lid for 2-3 mins on low flame.



For Serving


Serve hot Sabudana Khichadi with curd.
