Ingredients
4 left over chapattis (sliced)
1 green capsicum finely sliced
1 onion finely sliced
2-3 Green chilli diagonally cut
1/2 cup corns
Salt for taste
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp chili flakes
1 tb spoon vinegar
1-2 tb spoon green chilly sauce
1-2 tb spoon hot n sour tomato ketchup
1-2 tbsp oil
Procedure

Take a pan and heat oil.
Add onions and green chilies, sauté for 2-3 mins.
Add capsicum and mix well.
Toss for 4-5 mins.
Add corns and mix well.
Add oregano and chili flakes, mix well.
Add sauces and salt, mix well.
Add chapattis and mix well.
Cover it with a lid for 2-3 mins.
For Serving
Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve your Roti Noddles hot!!
