Roti Noddles

(Serves 2)




Ingredients


  1. 4 left over chapattis (sliced)

  2. 1 green capsicum finely sliced

  3. 1 onion finely sliced

  4. 2-3 Green chilli diagonally cut

  5. 1/2 cup corns

  6. Salt for taste

  7. 1 tbsp oregano

  8. 1 tbsp chili flakes

  9. 1 tb spoon vinegar

  10. 1-2 tb spoon green chilly sauce

  11. 1-2 tb spoon hot n sour tomato ketchup

  12. 1-2 tbsp oil

  1. Take a pan and heat oil.

  2. Add onions and green chilies, sauté for 2-3 mins.

  3. Add capsicum and mix well.

  4. Toss for 4-5 mins.

  5. Add corns and mix well.

  6. Add oregano and chili flakes, mix well.

  7. Add sauces and salt, mix well.

  8. Add chapattis and mix well.

  9. Cover it with a lid for 2-3 mins.


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve your Roti Noddles hot!!
