Ingredients
2 potatoes (peeled, washed and cut round shape)
Oil for brushing
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
Kasuri methi for garnishing
Procedure
Preheat the air fryer at 160 degrees for 5 mins.
Brush the basket with oil.
Add roundly cut potatoes and brush some oil on potatoes.
Set the fryer for 10 mins.
Shake a little in between.
If needed roast for 3-4 more mins.
Take a mixing bowl, add potatoes.
All all spices and mix well.
For Serving (Serves 2)
Garnish it with kasuri methi or fresh coriander and serve with phulka and curd, you can even enjoy like that.
