Rava Idli



Ingredients


  1. 1 cup rava (suji)

  2. 1 cup dhai

  3. 1/2 tsp eno

  4. 1/2 tsp salt


Procedure


  1. Take a big bowl mix rava and dhai

  2. Add salt and mix well

  3. Keep the batter aside for 15-20 mins

  4. Add water 1/2 cup and whisk well

  5. Add eno and mix well the idli batter

  6. Take idli stencils and grease it with oil

  7. Put the idli batter in it

  8. Put some water in the container and keep that idli stencils in it and cover it with lid

  9. Microwave it for 9 mins

  10. Your idlies are ready


For Serving

Serve hot idli with samber and chutney
