Rajma Roll

(Serves 4-5)






Ingredients


  1. 1 big bowl boiled kidney beans (rajma)

  2. 1 small onions finely chopped

  3. 2 small tomatoes finely chopped

  4. 1 capsicum finely chopped

  5. 2-3 green chilies

  6. leftover Chapattis

  7. 1 tsp salt

  8. 2 tsp chaat masala

  9. Tomato sauce

  10. Lemon

  11. 1 tbsp oil



Procedure





For Kidney beans Filling


  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add green chilies and toss for a min or two.

  3. Add tomatoes and capsicum, mix well.

  4. Cover it and cook for 3-4 mins on low medium flame.

  5. Add boiled kidney beans and give it a nice mix.

  6. Add spices and mix well.

  7. Sligthly Mash it.

  8. Your filling is ready, keep it aside.


For Rajma Roll


  1. Take a leftover chapatti.

  2. Spread tomato sauce evenly.

  3. Add Rajma filling.

  4. Squeeze a lemon.

  5. Sprinkle chopped onions.

  6. Sprinkle chaat masala.

  7. Roll it and grill it.


For Serving

Serve your Rajma Rolls with sauce and enjoy !!
