(Serves 2)
Ingredients
1 cup rice (washed and soaked in water)
1 cup boiled kidney beans (Rajma)
1 onion finely sliced
2 tomatoes chopped
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp oil/ ghee
Procedure

Take a cooker, add ghee.
Add cumin seeds and let it crackle.
Add onion and mix well.
Let it cook for 5-7 mins on low medium flame.
Add tomatoes and mix well.
Cook for 8-10 mins on low medium flame.
Add spices and mix well.
Toss for a minute or two.
Add boiled kidney beans and mix well.
Add rice and 2 cups of water.
Stir it well.
Cover it with a lid and give a whistle.
Switch off the flame,
For Serving
Serve hot Rajma Pulav with Curd or Raita.. Enjoy!!
