Ingredients
2 big onions finely sliced
2 red chilies
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/4 tsp asafetida
Salt to taste
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp dry mango powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp mustard oil
1/4 cup water
Procedure

Take a wok and heat oil.
Add cumin and fennel seeds.
Add red chili and toss it for a min or two.
Add sliced onions and mix well.
Toss it well for 3-4 mins.
Add asafetida and mix well.
Cook well for 10-15 mins on low flame, till it changes color.
Add spices and mix well.
Add water and cook further for 5-7 mins on low flame.
For Serving
Garnish it with Coriander leaves or Kasuri methi and serve hot Pyaaz ki Sabji with curd and chapati and enjoy!!
