Protein Rich Tofu Salad

(Serves 2)




Ingredients


  1. 1 cup sprouted dal (Green gram)

  2. 1 small onion finely chopped

  3. 1 tomato finely chopped

  4. 1 small cucumber finely chopped

  5. 1 cup tofu (chopped)

  6. 1 lemon juice

  7. 1 tbsp olive oil

  8. 1 cup hung curd

  9. 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  10. Salt to taste

  11. 1tsp black pepper


Procedure


  1. Take green sabut dal and wash it well.

  2. Soak dal overnight.

  3. Next day you will see, lentil has soaked the water.

  4. Leave it aside for another day.

  5. Yours sprouts will be ready.


Process For Tofu Salad


  1. Mix well all the veggies and overnight soaked dal in a big bowl.

  2. Add tomato sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and hung curd.

  3. Mix well.


For Serving

Toast the bread and serve it with Tofu Salad. Enjoy the healthy salad.
