Potato Wedges

Ingredients


  1. 3-4 potatoes (washed)

  2. Chili flakes

  3. Oregano

  4. 1/2 tsp salt

  5. 1-1.5 tbsp olive oil


Procedure - Air fryer (healthy Way)


  1. Cut potatoes into wedges.

  2. Take a mixing bowl.

  3. Add potatoes, seasoning, salt and oil.

  4. Mix all the ingredients.

  5. Add coated wedges in pre heated (180 degrees for 5 mins) air fryer basket.

  6. Cook for 8-10 mins.


For Serving


Serve hot potato wedges with sauce and enjoy!!
