Potato Cheese Nuggets





Ingredients


  1. 6-7 potatoes

  2. 400 gms grated mozzarella cheese

  3. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tbsp grated ginger

  5. 1 tspChili flakes

  6. 1 tspOregano

  7. Salt as per taste

  8. 1 tspBlack pepper

  9. 1 tbsp cornflour

  10. 5 tbsp all purpose flour

  11. Water

  12. Bread crumbs


Procedure

  1. Take a mixing bowl

  2. Add potatoes, green chilies, ginger, spices and seasonings, mix well

  3. Add cheese and cornflour and mix well

  4. Make small balls and keep it aside

  5. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour and water as required and make it a smooth paste

  6. In a plate spread bread crumbs

  7. One by one dip the potatoes balls in paste and then in bread crumbs for coating

  8. Repeat this step for potatoes balls

  9. Keep this coated nuggets in refrigerator for 2-3 hours

  10. Heat oil for frying

  11. Deep fry these nuggets on medium flame

For Serving

Serve hot potato nuggets with sauce of your choice
