Ingredients
6-7 potatoes
400 gms grated mozzarella cheese
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tspChili flakes
1 tspOregano
Salt as per taste
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tbsp cornflour
5 tbsp all purpose flour
Water
Bread crumbs
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl
Add potatoes, green chilies, ginger, spices and seasonings, mix well
Add cheese and cornflour and mix well
Make small balls and keep it aside
Take a bowl and add all purpose flour and water as required and make it a smooth paste
In a plate spread bread crumbs
One by one dip the potatoes balls in paste and then in bread crumbs for coating
Repeat this step for potatoes balls
Keep this coated nuggets in refrigerator for 2-3 hours
Heat oil for frying
Deep fry these nuggets on medium flame
For Serving
Serve hot potato nuggets with sauce of your choice
