Ingredients
2 cups atta
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp ajwain
2 tsp oil
Water
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
Take a mixing bowl, add atta, salt, ajwain and mix well.
Add oil and mix well.
Add water in batches and knead it to dough (make sure, dough is not soft).
Cover it with damp cloth for 20-25 mins.
Make small balls.
Apply some oil on it and roll it flat.
Deep fry the puri.
