Ingredients
2cups white chole
5-6 tomato
2-3 green chilli
1 tb spoon grated ginger
Soak imly
1 tb spoon olive oil
1-2 tej patta
1-2 moti ilaichi
3-4 long
Salt to taste
2 tea spoon red chilli powder
2 tea spoon dhaniya powder
2 -3 tea spoon amchur
1-2 tb spoon anar dana

Boil the over nightly soaked white chole add salt and give atleast 3-4 whistle.
For puree, grind tomato and green chilli.
Take pan and heat oil for 1-2 mins.
Add tej patta, moti ilaichi and long and stir for 1-2 mins.
Add grated ginger and cook for a min.
Add tomato puree and cook for 8-10 mins.
Add all the spices and cook well for 5-10 mins.
Add puree in boiled white chole and cook well for 15-20 mins.
Add soaked imply water and mix well.
Cook further for 10-15 mins.
For Serving
Garnish it with finely chopped ginger and fresh coriander and serve hot!!
