Pepper Fry Mushrooms

(Serves 2)





Ingredients

  1. 1 pack of mushrooms (cut in 4 parts)

  2. 1 onion finely chopped

  3. 8-10 Garlic cloves finely chopped

  4. 1 tbsp oil

  5. Salt as per taste

  6. 1 tsp Black Pepper

  7. 1 tsp Oregano

  8. 1 tbsp mustrad seeds

  9. 10-15 curry leaves

  10. 3-4 red chilies


Procedure





  1. Heat oil in a pan.

  2. Add mustard seeds and red chilies.

  3. Toss for 3-4 mins.

  4. Add garlic cloves and sauté for a min or two.

  5. Add onions, and mix well.

  6. Cook till it changes color (translucent).

  7. Add mushrooms and mix well.

  8. Add curry leaves and mix well.

  9. Cook till it turns soft on low flame.

  10. Add salt, pepper and oregano.

  11. Mix well and cover it with a lid on low flame for 8-10 mins.


For Serving

Garnish it with fresh coriander/ kasuri methi and serve!!
