Pav Bhaji

(Serves 4)


Ingredients


  1. 3-4 boiled potatoes

  2. 4-5 tomatoes grinded

  3. 1 small bottle-guard

  4. 1/2 pumpkin (small)

  5. 1 small reddish

  6. 1 capsicum sliced

  7. 1 cup peas

  8. 3-4 green chilies finely chopped

  9. 250gm panner cut in cubes

  10. 1 tb spoon grated ginger

  11. 1-2 lemon

  12. Salt to taste

  13. 1 tea spoon red chili powder

  14. 2 tea spoon dry mango powder

  15. 2 tea spoon coriander powder

  16. 2 tea spoon pav bhaji masala

  17. 1 tea spoon garam masala


Procedure


  1. Take a pressure cooker, boil reddish, bottle-guard and pumpkin

  2. Give 1-2 whistles and switch off the flame

  3. Let it cool down and grind it


For bhaji



  1. Take a kadai, heat oil

  2. Add ginger and green chilies

  3. Add grinded veggies stock and cook for 5-6 mins

  4. Add tomato paste and cook well for 7-8 mins

  5. Add peas and all the spices and cook well for 2-3 mins

  6. Add boiled mashed potatoes, capsicum and cook well for 5-7 mins

  7. Squeeze a lemon

  8. Add paneer cubes and on low flame, let it cook for 15-20 mins, in between stir



For Serving


Garnish it with grated cheese and serve hot.
