(Serves 4)
Ingredients
3-4 boiled potatoes
4-5 tomatoes grinded
1 small bottle-guard
1/2 pumpkin (small)
1 small reddish
1 capsicum sliced
1 cup peas
3-4 green chilies finely chopped
250gm panner cut in cubes
1 tb spoon grated ginger
1-2 lemon
Salt to taste
1 tea spoon red chili powder
2 tea spoon dry mango powder
2 tea spoon coriander powder
2 tea spoon pav bhaji masala
1 tea spoon garam masala
Procedure
Take a pressure cooker, boil reddish, bottle-guard and pumpkin
Give 1-2 whistles and switch off the flame
Let it cool down and grind it
For bhaji
Take a kadai, heat oil
Add ginger and green chilies
Add grinded veggies stock and cook for 5-6 mins
Add tomato paste and cook well for 7-8 mins
Add peas and all the spices and cook well for 2-3 mins
Add boiled mashed potatoes, capsicum and cook well for 5-7 mins
Squeeze a lemon
Add paneer cubes and on low flame, let it cook for 15-20 mins, in between stir
For Serving
Garnish it with grated cheese and serve hot.
