Patta Gobhi





Ingredients


  1. 1 cabbage finely cut

  2. 1 cup peas

  3. 2-3 green chilies finely chopped

  4. 1 tea spoon grated ginger

  5. Salt to taste

  6. 1/2 tea spoon hing

  7. 1/2 tea spoon red chili powder

  8. 1/2 tea spoon dry mango powder

  9. 1/2 tea spoon coriander powder

  10. 1 tea spoon cumin seeds

  11. 1 tb spoon mustard oil


Procedure


  1. Take a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds

  2. Add grated ginger and hing

  3. Add peas and stir well for 5 mins

  4. Add cabbage and green chilies and cover it with lid on low flame for 5 mins

  5. Remove the cover and add all the spices and mix well.

  6. Again cover it with lid for 2-3 mins and after that switch off the flame


For Serving


Serve the patta gobhi sabzi with chapati and bondi raita and enjoy the meal :)
