Ingredients
1 cabbage finely cut
1 cup peas
2-3 green chilies finely chopped
1 tea spoon grated ginger
Salt to taste
1/2 tea spoon hing
1/2 tea spoon red chili powder
1/2 tea spoon dry mango powder
1/2 tea spoon coriander powder
1 tea spoon cumin seeds
1 tb spoon mustard oil
Procedure
Take a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds
Add grated ginger and hing
Add peas and stir well for 5 mins
Add cabbage and green chilies and cover it with lid on low flame for 5 mins
Remove the cover and add all the spices and mix well.
Again cover it with lid for 2-3 mins and after that switch off the flame
For Serving
Serve the patta gobhi sabzi with chapati and bondi raita and enjoy the meal :)
